    The other alternate for mash up is Sony Acid Pro

    The pack contains the following effects (I think):

    Epic Reverb –> kind of like like echo/reverb stuff, its good when its in break down for a built up

    Epic Verb Drop —> when you get ready to going into the break section of the song

    Repeater —> my fav so far, its so easy to triggered this effect, kind of like roll in Pioneer DJM 900 Nexus, great for stuttering the beat, or vocal in instant

    BrakerBrake –> who wouldnt love the record break effect? lol. The brake in this is more clearer “break sounds” compared to those find in VDJ 7, imo

    If I’m 100% relying on Beatport chart to spin in my home country, i prolly resign as a DJ
    Since 50% of the local clubs music policy limited/restricted the use of the type of music we found in Beatport chart, kind of annoying in a way especially if we got behind in our music updates and we have our upcoming gig in one of those 50% clubs next week or something

    No idea where the OP gettin a negative vibe from,

    Ive been a long time readers here, mostly in the blog first later on participated in the forum,
    I have never felt in anyway a negative vibes in the article, none whatsoever, most of the article I found it very helpful (I’ve been DJing for a looong time)
    What I felt a really great warm welcome and a family vibe, which the two I enjoyed, thats why im making this my second home in digital DJ, instead the “other one” (If you really want to feel a very negative vibe check out that “other one” site)

    I own a DJ School, and i recommended all my students to check out this blog, especially if they in the market looking for a controller, I guided them to this site
    In fact my recent purchased of a new controller, I based them on by reading this site

    So yeah I would like to apologized before hands, but I have to be a lil bit harsh here Mods, feel free to edit them, but I just have to said it…

    Oh yeah throw away that Lenovo laptop and switch it to Mac for much better latency in the Production route,
    My 2 cents or Rs. whataver =p

    If you are looking to get familiar with a CDJ style setup, then the XDJ-R1 is a great unit. It works with Rekordbox too, which a DDJ-SX does not

    Why in the world you said it works with Rekordbox too while in reality it dont ?

    Participate in DJ Competition also to get your feet wet,
    and make some friends in your local area with the same interest is very important
