I bought the Numark in a moment of necessary expedience, but I have kind of come to regret it, and have been wishing I bought the Re-loop. I think they are probably both great in their own way and worth the money, but one thing I don’t like about the Numark is you have to change the deck you’re listening to using a button up by the screens, which means you can’t just jump around your decks without having to hit an extra button up at the top of the mixer then back down to the controls for the track. (I hope that makes sense) It’s not a big deal, but sometimes a song choice can be a matter of last second selecting (for me anyways) and that extra step is annoying. Also, I don’t really find myself using the screens that much because I am used to my laptop and I tend to play from multiple playlists, whereas the screens probably work best if you’re just jumping around a single playlist. For what it’s worth I have never had my hands on the Re-loop, but I have a feeling I would like it better. Also the outputs on the Numark are limited to XLR, so if you show up somewhere and they only have 1/4 inch hookups you better have adaptors on you….which you really should anyways….but…..
    I hope this helps.

I just switched from the Allen & Heath Zone:DX to the Numark NV and I think it was a great choice. It is just outside of your budget, but it may be worth it to save $$ a little longer and buy brand new. The NV came with Serato DJ and some other freebies, and I got mine bundled with a case that made it an even better deal. I’m pretty sure you can find the NV for $699 most places. I am leary of buying used controllers because you don’t know what kind of treatment they got, or how many hands were on them, who spilled what where, various abuse, etc….. Anyways, I looked and looked and read reviews and the NV seemed like a good choice for me. I can say personally that it feels very well built, despite being made mostly of hard plastic. Check it out. I hope this helps.
