It’s all good. Thanks for your ideas. VDJ support has no answer for this.
I am in the process of fixing songs manually. I can actually select a bunch of them and ‘re-analize’ BPM which fixes Beatgrid of most of the songs. Hot Cues (Cue Points) I have to fix manually myself though.

Just laying it out there if any other DJ stumbles upon this issue.

    Cheers from Vilnius, Lithuania! 😉

I have surely copied over the database file (VirtualDJ Database v6.xml).
I also had to go through all relevant playlists edit process, since I had to change the path to Music Folder on Mac OS.
I am currently corresponding with VDJ support, and they also have no clue of what i am talking about. 🙂

Hey DJ Vintage, thanks for a lengthy and informative reply. 🙂

As far as the Cue Points that i can set manually (or Hot Cues – in VDJ as i know these terms are used interchangeably), they were fine in Windows as well as most of the Beatgrids.
I have been DJ’ing professionally with VDJ on Windows for some time now, and either VDJ got the Beatgrid correctly upon first scan of the track, or i would fix it, if needed. So i have been fixing my songs as needed manually for over 4 to 5 years.

I do have over 20,000 songs in my database and i need all of them, because i do both mobile DJ’ing and some club DJ’ing as well.

If i remember correctly i have read some article in DigitalDJTips about a software that can fix beatgrids of the songs. That was over a year ago, and maybe i remember incorrectly.

I am just not ready to go through the bulk of my audio collection fixing songs manually, so i am looking for a solution that would fix most of the songs.

Too bad they are out of stock currently.
Will have to look around some more…
