MemberHey I just figured out Paris can’t become the queen of house music…. Guetta already is the queen of house music.

MemberAs far as I know, Deadmau5 is the douche here.
I mean who the hell do you think you are, dude? Jesus? Brad Pitt? Chuck Norris? You don’t disrespect other DJs! Especially not by acting like a spoiled brat and demanding to have the music changed just because you don’t like it..

There is never a “best” for a particular style of music, there’s just the best for your particular style of work and use.
Agreed. A controller is an extension of you.

MemberWell I think you are not a DJ if you don’t wear pink fluffy bunny slippers when you spin! But that is just my opinion so..
As for the OP question, I would rather say a controller can be better suited to YOUR style, not the style of music you spin.. I mean I saw people spinning dubstep on TTs, CDJs, regular controllers and controllers without jogs and it will all sound good as long as you feel comfortable with it.
I mean if you don’t use sync, you need jogwheels to beatmatch, if you do use sync, you can use them for effects (like Ean Golden) or simply go without them. If you like to use cue point tricks you need a controller with a few comfortable buttons to map the cues to. If you like your loops controlled by endless step encoders…. you get what I mean.
So just look into your heart Luke, and use the Force (by this I don’t mean break your controller).DJ Max D.

MemberDepends on how it is criticized.. if the criticism is justified, spot on and reasonable, I am “actually” thankful and happy. That kind of stuff drives me to improve my technique and correct my mistakes. On the other hand if the criticism is just poo-slinging, I actually kill the person in my head and then go home and mix some angry electro music. But yeah, I mostly “actually” have positive reactions to criticism.

MemberDamn it Kenny!
Well I don’t want to even start commenting on this because it will all have to get censored.DJ Max D.
MemberWell, I can go REALLY low since I am a bassist. But when it comes to mp3s 95% of my tracks are 320 kbps CBR or V0 VBR, the remaining 5% is 256 kbps CBR or V1 VBR.. I don’t think it’s too good to go below that.

MemberIt’s never okay. I mean people come to hear you mix, to hear your creativity come out of those speakers.. by doing that you are plain cheating them. They come to listen to you mix LIVE, they can always put on a CD with your mix and listen to it without paying the ticket.. I frown upon Angello’s shenanigans.
