    Thank you 🙂

(btw I uploaded the wrong version of the mix at first, the “right” one is up now, it’s the one without the Deadmau5 at the end 🙂 )

I think it is 100 mb per mix.. so you can upload a shorter mix in 320 with no problems and longer ones in lower quality (2 hours in V2 iirc).

Yeah, it does that once in a while.. I’m even thinking about changing mix hosting sites..

Well, for me it’s not playing “just” two genres but more focusing my sets and events around two specific genres (mainstream electro house and classic funky house).. For example, I’m doing a gig on Friday, it’s labeled as “Mainstream Electro house night with DJ Max D.” but I will be playing some tech in the beginning, maybe some dubstep in the end but I will keep the majority of the set limited to one genre. It’s a principle a lot of DJs (at least here) use 🙂

I understand why the MIDI Fighter wouldn’t satisfy that rule but X1 is made so both transport and mixer controls could be mapped with ease. IMHO it should go on the list, but that’s just my opinion.

I liked the mellow electro vibe near the end, it calmed things down a bit.. made a nice “outro” sound 🙂 (at least IMHO)

Listened to the mix just now, the track selection is pretty nice, transitions are great.
Keep on the good work 🙂

Break his legs. Or at least look really tough while you ask him to behave 🙂

Are you the one who took the name first? Have a nice relaxed convo with him about how you thought of it first and how it’s not fair to do what he is doing and that he is making an enemy etc. Then possibly break his legs 🙂
(I’m just kidding, physical violence is a no-no)

Nope, you need an external sound card to run a DVS (or a certain mixer specialized for Serato).

For me it’s a great thing that K2 is coming out.. because a lot of people will be selling their X1’s 🙂
I don’t like hardware layers too much but the X1 just appeals to me more. But I might wait for the X2, if it’s not too far.
