MemberThe only time i tried it out it was the worst trainwreck ever. It’s not a magical fix all button. Fks me up. But if someone else can use it and still put out a good set then more power to him.

MemberFor the record i dont use sinc. But i find it funny ones that do cant get away from digi hate on digi forums. Its like lets make everyone drive 5 speed vehicles. If u can’t then just dont drive even though you can do the same thing in an auto. But you wont be a ‘real’ driver because you cant drive a stick.

MemberWhy? It’s the truth. Untill we make it big and tour doing our own shows, it isn’t about us.

MemberIf an ipod had no dead air your average partier couldn’t care less. As long as u play the right tracks. If you have other djs or friends who can appreciate the technical side of it then great. But hott drunk bitch down on the floor don’t care. She just wants to dance.

LOLYes. They have equipment, music and mix it for people to enjoy. Most partiers don’t know the technicalities of djing and don’t care either. They are there just to have a good time.

MemberThat’s true. Thanks for the reply. I was feeling down and out. Since I acknowledge it hopefully I will be able to use it to motivate me.

MemberShit was filthy. Tracknames?
DJ Jaquay
MemberMost the DJ’s around here have EPK’s its like a resume for DJ’s has info on it like their pay requirement, specialties [like bottles of liquor/fruit tray, ect..] tons of info in them. Look up some names just outside your town and contact them directly and ask for their epk.

MemberIf the club had such a big problem with it, they wouldn’t have let it go on for 6 months and would have replaced him sooner.

MemberOhhhhhh okay, I get it now.
Would I max the gain on the club mixer and tweek mine on the NS6?
DJ Jaquay
MemberThose tables aren’t mine. I only own the NS6.
Using the NS6 and using the Rane 68 crossfader is going to be awkward.

Just make sure you take a torch, have the necessary cables, plug into the CD not Phono input and make sure there are plenty of power sockets (bring your own board if need be).
In reference to this Link, I have a few questions..
Do I HAVE to plug into the clubs mixer? I cant just use the one built into my NS6?
And if I DO have to plug into their mixer can I still crossfade ect on my NS6 or must it be done on their mixer then?
Also the options on the NS6 are PC and Line/phono Should I still use the line/phono setting? While DJing parties I have channels 1&2 on PC and channel 3 on LINE for my mic.

How exactly do I need to wire it up? RCA’s from my master out to their mixer? or RCA’s from each channel on my NS6 to their own channel on the club mixer?
If it helps my goal is to get to play at the club that has this mixer…

Although I’m sure I’m gonna have to make a name for myself before that happens
