    I’m going to say yeah but it’s more or an unconscious thing for example bounce my head back and forth with the beat or stomping my feet to the beat. I consider moving or dancing to the beat counting, in my opinion. Never seen a dj just stand there and dj with out moving their head. If they aren’t moving chances are they aren’t djing or their dance floor isn’t move aka empty.

    A good gaming laptop would be great for djing. It all depends on the laptop’s specs, gaming isn’t always about video cards and visuals. Now-a-days gaming laptops come with the whole package and have Soundblaster sound Cards in it for surround sound. I had an acer laptop that was good for running programs but not music, thus I brought an external Soundblaster sound card. Its all about what the software needs and if the laptop meets higher specs. In addition to that don’t buy a laptop based on a programs minimum specs try to get higher.

    From my experience when it comes to the sound quality
    Vdj8 > Vdj7
    Serato Dj > Vdj7
    Vdj8 = Serato Dj
    I own both softwares, and still have vdj 7.4 all I can say is I really happy with 8 and Serato dj.
    And yes Serato dj does sound better than vdj 7.4 to the professional ear, it’s not like your dance crowd will notice.

    Actually just two as far as I know, just like most software out there. I own Serato Dj and Virtual Dj and they both only allow you to put in on two laptops which are you dj laptop and a back up dj laptop. Thus why you have to activate your software online. Serato Dj intro how ever you can put on as many machines as you want.

    Now let’s say that one of you laptops broke down and you need to put in on a new one. You will be allowed but you’ll have to deactivate one of the laptops through the site.

    It’s just that access to this site with an app and signing it would be a lot easier with a simple interface. But getting updates on certain products would be cool feature. Another thing is with my phone I have to scroll and zoom in to read the articles off the browser, I would think an app would simplify this and make it easier for a user like me. On another note all the cool sites have it and I think DDJT should have one too.

    Terry 42 is absolutely right, I used to have problems with serato dj until I found out it was my wireless mouse that was causing the problem. If you use serato the only thing it will allow you to use is a harddrive/flashdrive and a controller via USB Port. At least that was my problem, I’ve haven’t had any issues since and it works like a beast. Still waiting for them to fix video of Window Users.
