Yeah I do, I own my own projector and it’s a hassle dragging that thing around, but this week I’m doing a house party(reggae music) the videos will be on a huge flatscreen tv.

it’s cool, music files are better than videos anyway reason being because you get to choose a whole lot of songs that don’t have videos with. So if a great song comes out with out a video I have to put up visualization and then I have people come up to me asking me “where is the video?”.

Cool! How is that Stanton System, I know I’ve seen them in bestbuy but was a bit afraid to buy it.

ParticipantI see, you have to you have to buy an extra/external soundcard, they aren’t expensive it’s the only way to cue and without hearing it on the master.

ParticipantPS3, I’m a sega fan though and the PS3 is the closest thing in my opinion.

Remember you master card should be your Hercules sound card and you head phones should be the soundcard for you’re head phones. If you need clearer instructions let me know.

Participantthe auto gain should work perfectly for this problem, you should try re-analyzing the bpms, with me when I replace a mp3 of the same name and title and format I have to re- analyze them because the new files volume level isn’t always the same.

ParticipantWell first we need know what are the sound cards and where are they going to.

ParticipantThat’s a huge jump, but I would increase the pitch on 128 and decrease the pitch on 140(depending on your pitch tolerance if you’re using +/-10 or +/-8 etc.) so I would have 128=134 and 140=134(+6 bmp on 128 and -6 bmp on 140). Then depending on the mix(hopefully you’re just move either the volume fader or crossfader/ using filters) I wound increase it to 140. But in a sense I would just keep tracks close to each other 128-132 bmp, 132-135 and keep going up until I can get to 140, I like to keep it safe.

ParticipantVirtual Dj Pro does support Pioneer but I’m not sure if there is an official support, meaning a customer has mapped the controller to virtual dj and has put it on the virtual dj site.
