MemberYou can check some samples here they are free to use. I use them for my performances and have no problem at all.

MemberIndeed They are somewhat similar, I hate people mindlessly copying someone’s work

MemberIf you know your worth, and you are sure of your skills there is no way you could accept that low pay. That’s really admirable. Keep up the good work! and good decisions!

MemberThere shouldn’t be any problems concerning posting mixes, in one case maybe someone doesn’t like you and he may “flag” your mix. In any other scenario everything should be ok.

MemberJust try to do your best overtime mistake are going to be marginal. You just have to live with the face that creating a perfecr live mix requires lot of effort, determintion and experience. As far as I know keeping your cool and having fun only helps you to achieve that state. Peace!

MemberIt was coined only for commercial purposes that’s why IDM was coined to make fun of it.
It has nothing to do with music what so ever.October 6, 2013 at 7:41 am in reply to: Where to get GOOD acapellas for good club-style music? #44978dj.andy.warhol
MemberNever heard of smashing either dunno what’s up with that. Those vocal samples sound hell nasty … hm

MemberYeah, that would be correct they won’t be listening 1-2 hour sets, it is a waist of time and effort.
Concentrating on 5 minutes fully professionally compiled tracks depending of genre is a way to go.dj.andy.warhol
MemberI think you are overstating things a bit, and generally you are thinking too much. It is obvious there will be people that somewhat better more experienced etc. But you are missing a thing – not all Djs are the same. There must be a thing that makes a difference between you and the other guy. Find it and use it to show that you are a worth “opponent” don’t think negative only. Djing is a hard field to operate, you must be determined to become what you wanna be – a good DJ.

MemberHey man don’t be nervous, keep your cool and head up, accept what you get, playing gigs it is by far the most amazing and best experience you can get so getting nervous is a waste. Have fun and play more gigs and I mean more. That’s what I Wish you. Good Luck!

MemberOf course many factor will take part when you DJ on a gig. Music Selection is very important if you KNOW the place and the type of crowd. That’s obvious.
For me flow is deciding, it shows the personality of DJ and unleashes the soul of performer. It differs everything. Many people mix the same songs but IN DIFFERENT manner and that’s the point. -
