10* of 5 😉 (though, I gotta admit, I didn’t test the Mixtrack, but I think the heavy metal jacket of the Denon will appeal to you as well).

    Cheers Papa.

Torn between that or the Twitch. Don’t suppose you tried that one?

So now I’ve managed to narrow it down to the Denon, an Itch, or mybe the Reloop.

Don’t suppose you tried any of these Papa?

Bang for Buck: Would you say these two are the best:

    Denon MC6000
    Numark Mixtrack Pro

    ?

    Was gonna ask something similar.

I’m going to be buying soon and wondered if there’s any good sales on now?

The Denon’s one I like the look of as well. Gonna head out to the shop to have a we play with some of them.

Out of interest, did you try the 3000 before buying the 6000?

Hee Won Jung – it’s mainly house I mix, and I’m pretty orodox in mixing style. Although I guess I’ll be trying out some new things when I switch to the 4 decks & software combo.

Any opinions on the wheeling & dealing I’ve got planned?

Will have a look through the guide cheers.

Is the .tsi file the same as mapping? Think I should be ok with that if I play about with it a bit.

Just need to figure out the soundcard issue…

    in reply to: DDM4000 & Traktor 3 Setup #7900

    Cheers for the reply.

    I’m using a PC and Traktor 2! 🙂

All software is up to date, but I’m not too sure about the ASIO – is there a link for this?

Since posting, I’ve been messing about a wee bit and have made some (slight) progress. I had to switch the MIDI on for each individual aspect of the mixer (crossfader, fx, channels etc), and can now control Traktor with these.

I still seem to be having problems with the soundcard though Not sure if I’m in the right place, but I’m trying to do this through:

    Audio Setup -> Audio Device

In here I’ve got the option to use the PC, each CDJ, or Audio 4. Should I have another option in here?

Any other audio from the PC now comes through the mixer but not whhen using Traktor!

Bit more of a novice than I thought.

    Cheers again for any advice.
