I do use the sync button but only on the last bit of slowing down or speeding up a track.
I nearly never use it to get them to play together correctly.
As many say you need to to the syncing by ear.
And if you use the pitch controll it goes in little steps and almost never gets it the same.
(maybe still a bit of cheating) but when the pitch is almost there I press sync.
But then only when i now it wont jump on me.
But back to you reply.
As you said I also thought it whould be just a nudge away of getting it correct but for some reason every change I make doesnt help.
if I nudge forward I hear the beats being dubble but if i do the opposite and nudge it back then I also hear it dubble.
So thats why I was going crazy.
