ParticipantIt was very heavy on the Beat Fatigue early on, because almost all of my low energy tracks are by him. Very awesome Bluesy Glitch Hop/Ghetto Funky.

ParticipantYeah, I’ll try to pull it together and also just get in the habit of including the setlists in the posts here.

ParticipantHoi, Martijn, welkom!
I live in the Netherlands myself, but am originally from Alaska, so don’t actually know very much Dutch.
Nice to meet you!

ParticipantI cannot say with certainty that what you’re looking for on Android doesn’t exist, but in my experience, the audio application offerings on Android do not tend to be terribly robust… you may have difficulty finding an application that does what you ask of it.

ParticipantHowdy, Neon, welcome! Cool looking setup, man!

ParticipantAudiophiles can’t tell the difference between a WAV and a 320Kbps in a blind test.

ParticipantBut if you already own the vinyl, which was the position the OP was starting from, then it seems worth it to me.

ParticipantSo, this week was an Open House, so the set is a lot longer – 3 hours. My first long set, it was a bit on the grueling side.
Flavour Open House (19-Sep-2014)
It was pretty well received from a mixed age audience… I did something different from my usual work in that I did a gradual energy build, starting with just my low energy tracks and ratcheting it up as the night progressed. This did make it a little difficult to find mixing opportunities in the earlier parts of the set, but I think it came out OK.
Mixcloud has to follow rules set down by the American recording industry which means not being able to play more than x tracks from the same artist in a set, and y from the same artist per hour, yadda yadda yadda, so I was unable to provide a setlist (which really annoys me). Sorry.

ParticipantPretty decent. Around the two minute mark, it seems like it maybe be a bit too bass heavy, but that’s not uncommon for the style. It may get a bit muddy when really loud there.

ParticipantI’m usually willing to buy used computer equipment, but it would depend on the dependability of the seller, of course.
deathy
ParticipantI’d probably only bother where the digital version is participating in the loudness wars, though.
deathy
ParticipantI personally would do that, yeah. Seems like you’d get higher quality audio that way. Of course, it depends on the state of the vinyl, since you my get extra artifacts from that.
