    That’s……. Highly annoying -_-

Might be quicker to just order from overseas if that’s the case.

I might ring them up after lunch to see if they’ll be able to shed light… I’m getting over excited now to be waiting this long 😛

No, 🙁 I Pre-ordered mine from DJkit and they said there shipment was arriving tomorrow. So if they ship them out it could either be Saturday delivery or Monday.

I used an Xonar D2X, Was going to go with the STX, but at the time had an analog 5.1 speaker system.

I can say the Xonar D2X and STX are stunning soundcards, for both audiophiles and production.

Gulli Johansen, post: 30119, member: 847 wrote: Order placed 😀 so happy now I never got the VCI400, by the look of how it works I would asume the decks are mapped to individual midi chanels ( as the VCI400) to be able to send 2 comands in dual deck mode. that will make mapping so muche easier. Just mapp one deck and copy in Xtream mapper and change channels.

Nice one! You know, I had a chance to play with a VCI400, and I cannot help but think that’s one over priced entry-level looking controller, and the jog’s feel bleh in my opinion.

Imagine if this had send/return 😀 adding and RMX1000 to the setup 😀 it can still be done but s/r would be better.
I’ve spent most part of the week planing how to map it bet for traktor pro, with 2.6 bringing flux mode it can become the ultimate Traktor controller too.

🙂 Yeah, an RMX1000 of course can be added, but of course wouldn’t be an ideal setup. Just to let you know that Pioneer are going to release a traktor mapping. But as well all know that most of the time mappings for other software can be dire and not as near adequate, but I would certainly be interested in the mapping you come up with Gulli.

Only a few more weeks now! Seriously looking forward to it.

With me being in the R/C Helicopter industry, and having done mostly the same thing that Phil Morse and the Digital DJ Tips team are doing, I’ve heard this many a time.

Manufacturers tend to give products free for review. Thus they expect good thing’s about it, and yes a lot of reviews out there can be bias. Phil and the team do a great job and are fair. Some manufactures do throw toy’s out the pram when the reviewer scores the product badly and threaten never to give a product for review again.

The best advice is usually self-research, Read a few reviews and user reviews and see what’s what.

But I do some scratching and think I have to feel the jogs…. the jogs on the Terminal Mix are just awesome and even the CDJ 2k Nexus jogs are horrible in my book.

Understandable 🙂 I do dare say that these are actually a step up from the CDJ-2000 Jogs in my opinion. Perhaps if you’ve got a DJ store near by maybe pop round and see if they’ve got one you can get your hands on to feel.
