All of these ar logic videos though it will cost you http://www.sonicacademy.com/Training+Videos/?hdnCurrentFilters=software_Logic+Pro%3B&hdnSearchType=courseSearch&hdnSearchScope=filtered&hdnBeginSearch=true&hdnPageNum=1&sortoption=date_desc

My mate recently got logic and done all the logic courses on there great bass sounds but he had a lot of issues with mapping all his machines, he’s got a few controllers and two lemurs this was the downside of using logic and if you search about you see a lot of people complaining about this, great bass sounds though lol

Id day say I’m an aspiring dj using controllers, the stuff Moldover does isn’t like a normal dj to me. I switched to ableton from nuendo and reason after seeing his stuff as its just so cool but for me djing with ableton was a pain and too much work compared to turntables and I just ended up using ableton the way I used previous daws. Now I’m using Traktor and it’s what I wanted from dj software, though I’m no controllerist or tunrtablist for that matter. I think of a controllerist as the same as a turntablist someone who is a total expert and can create lots of new things with their tools, me I’m just a dj using controllers trying to mix 3 decks and the odd sample. You look at the patches Moldover made for reaktor, that guys just a total nerd, same with a lot of turntablists, wish I had the talent those guys had inspiring stuff though even if it does make you sick lol

I’ve been trying similar stuff the last few days, if you mix hip hop you could do it pretty easily.

Will do mate, its a great country I dont think ill be going home for a long time! the only bars ive been in the musics been pretty dire, too loud cheesey crap mc making it worse though ive heard some places play tech house and trance which would be great. My audition, test, as they call it has been moved to sunday so even less time to prepare a 20 minute set. Ill keep you all posted on my progress and the scene when i learn more about it!

Yes just checked the French house is for reason and cubase the disco loops is ableton though, one of the most useful ones so far I’ve found on it. Though tbh not done many yet, though I have done the drum and bass for logic and applied it to ableton no problem, most daws are very similar. Except those trackers they are so alien lol
