    Hello,this is Bryan. The SB2 is a good controller it only has RCA outputs so keep that in mind.It is a good first controller with great features however Pioneer just came out with an updated version so you might want to check their website for more info….happy mixing

    I use an external hard drive and have been for over 7 years. When you add the external drive to the Virtual DJ Database search you should be able to load tracks as quickly as an internal drive.

    My advice would be just upgrade to VDJ Pro it has lots of features and you should be able to upgrade at a discount since you already have a featured controller,Best regards—-Bryan
