ParticipantYes I checked the FAQ and I plug an Aux cable into the laptop and the audio is very good at all. There is a lot of feedback when I do this. Any suggestions on some way that I could stream live?!

ParticipantI want to be able to stream my live audio mixes and nothing pre recorded. I want to be able to stream and mix live over the internet. Sorry for the confusion. something like mixify.com but the audio is not good at all when I am mixing live with mixify.com.

ParticipantThanks DJ Vintage!
Will this Mixvibes support my Pioneer DDJ-SR?! Because I really want for people to listen to my mixes live. I’ve just been using Mixcloud.com for right now and that’s been working good for me so far. Just want to step it up live.
Thanks,

ParticipantDJ Vintage,
Once again I want to thank you very much for your input. I’m new to Mixify.com or streaming live. I did more research and I did get the audio to work with the aux running to the laptop mic port but there was some humming feedback from the audio and the audio quality wasn’t good but they can still hear a very bad quality audio. Someone suggested getting a USB Presonus box but i don’t know if that would help with streaming. But my goal is to stream live audio for my people to hear me spin music with good quality audio and any input would help.
Thanks,

ParticipantHey Thank you all very much for your info so far and a lot of it helps me very much. I’d figure I’d get an early start on some song line ups because Halloween is my favorite time of year and especially to be able to DJ at a big event like this. So want to thank you guys for your input and help!!

ParticipantI would love to have some Mackie’s like that but I can’t afford a set of those right now.

ParticipantI’m Balling on a budget right now but I don’t want anything cheap neither so something mid range P.A. System. I have monitor speakers I use for when I practice but I’m looking for something I can use at home and to take with me to house party’s or a large room. I’m using a Pioneer DDJ-SR. I’m still looking around and I like the stackable sub on bottom and speaker on top look but there is so many brands and since I’m saving up money for a good speaker system I just want to get some good speakers that are going to last me and not blow up or go out on me. I want to be able to set up anywhere and jam out. Thank you once again for all of your input!

ParticipantYou should look into the Sony X headphones. They are big because they have 50mm drivers but they are very comfortable and the sound quality is awesome and I wear them all day long and when I go home to practice so I wear these Sony X all day and all night. Think they are like 99$ now but I got mine when they first came out and they was 300$ at the time.

ParticipantDDJ-SR is what I went with and I’m very happy with it. You can still use all four channels from a push of a button but I just use the two channels because I scratch and switch channels fast but that’s just me. You’ll be very happy with it. You can’t go wrong with Pioneer right now anyways.
