Just make sure you hit the hits of that era and yeah make breaks with slower music, people in such old age aren’t as energetic as us young guys.

It happens all the time, specially to me.And to be honest every time it happens i don’t bother trying to convince them.I just make a point of noting that the mixtape was suppose to show some of my skill and my own personality as a DJ and not my music collection, which usualy is enough to make them feel like morons for assuming. After that i just say Assumption is the mother of all ef ups.Other then pointing that out and then noting my favorite line i make no real attempts to convince people of stuff.

Hey it’s only a dumb idea if it doesn’t work out.And even then it’s not really dumb it just wasn’t thought through enough.A good thing you could do with the Mixtrack,if you are gonna hack the mapping think about what you’d want it to do for you to add to your already considerable control with the S4.

Some people just don’t wanna learn man.Quite a few ”DJs” here in serbia have no idea of what they’re doing and they’ve been calling them self DJs for years. It’s just the way some people are.

You have to map your lpd8 through the editor for the lpd8 and mapping editor in traktor.

Since when is the mixtrack ”huge”?I have a non pro version for my use with other software and it’s in my opinion about the perfect size for a controller, any smaller and you’d begin to feel cramped.

Oh i’ve figured out ways to use it,i’m just thinking that it might be nie to maybe get some more opinions on it.Maybe there’s something better then it out there for around the same price.

I’d want a midi controller that really just looks like two CDJ 2000 NXS’s bolter onto a 4 channel mixer.Doesn’t have to have a built in audio interface but one would be appreciated. One thing though is i’d want the platers motorized. That’s all i’d want from a controller.
