It does not matter what you use to achieve this and I could not care less what other DJs might think about me. I only care about the people I entertain. This is the fundament of a good DJ and not what tools you use (and software is just another tool). I have already witnessed Djs with a 200 bucks controller and VDJ-LE outshine DJs with a Pioneer S1… it is not about the tools…Cheers Terry_42. Its so easy to get caught up on the wrong thing as opposed to coming back to why you want to DJ

Just navigate to the recently added playlist to find them, do the same in Traktor.
thanks for that advice

Then if you reopen traktor or select refresh on the itunes icon in traktor the new songs will be available.
Cheers for that

Cheers Phil that would be great.

I have always loved trance, Hard house and marvelled at how DJ’s used turn tables and CDJ tables to produce great tunes. Came across Phils fantastic site and videos on you tube and recently downloaded Virtual DJ and loving the learning curve. I also downloaded Traktor free demo and as you said Phil it appears alot more complex but i like a challenge. Just a question for eveyone. Would it be best to learn the basics on VDJ and then progress onto Traktor?
Cheers and delighted to be part of this group.
