The only cable I know of that could possibly do this, is here: http://idjpro.wordpress.com/ This is being developed for the Numark iDJ Pro, but I would think the concept is similar. Thing is, the person working on the above cable, is still working on the Windows version. (Apparently, the Mac version works…) FWIW.
