The controller will be mostly used for bedroom djing and small gigs. So I think it will be fine.
When I play at bigger parties is use the equipment there wich is almost always the cdj 2000.
I now have a dj control instinct wich has indeed pretty decent sound. Either way when i use a controller at smaller parties I usaly hook it up on the mixer.
