ParticipantHey Vintage,
Yes all the drivers are up to date etc. etc., my controller is plugged into my amp by RCA (i got it out of country, no info on make or model, but it supports up to 400 watts). The speakers are connected to my amp properly and yes I get a good, clean bass response when it’s hooked to my laptop. When I’m cueing and pre-listening there is no distortion through my headphones, the sound is crystal clear. I’m just very confused on how the speakers and amp work fine with the laptop’s output but not my controller…

ParticipantI checked the Decksaver site. There isn’t one available for the Quad 🙁 they only make it for the mixtrack pro 2. Correct me if I’m wrong.

ParticipantThanks for the replies,
I’m going to carry a backpack and a roller hand luggage. Should I put my Controller and the wires in the roller? I mean it’s gonna be sitting in a pile of clothes and other soft stuff that should protect it from minors hits and shoves? Maybe bubble wrap? I’m at the point where I cant go and buy a separate hardcase for it.alfinjey@yahoo.com
ParticipantIs there a possiblilty that they will support the controller any time soon?

ParticipantHey guys thanks for the replies. The point of me using just one laptop is between me and my friend, my laptop is the most suitable for actual party djing. But I think me and him can pull something off with using 2 laptops 2 controllers and a Behringer XENYX 502 mixer. This way we can let the sound coming out as 1 channel. The only problem I see with this is cueing.

ParticipantThanks for suggestions guys, I was wondering if I could rent a pair of speakers until I have saved up enough to by my own speakers. I have a store close to me.. Can anyone tell me if these speakers are a good deal and which one would be ideal for the party I’m playing? http://sanjoseavrentals.com/category/audio/speakers
