HeHe, you have a fair few bits of kit then!

I was thinking about that, mainly cos it’s easier, the few I did look for before I couldn’t find (It’s all Trance/Hard Trance from 1998 – 2002) Managed to find some of my really old Hardcore records in CD form though.

You got any recommendations for places to use for Music? I’ve really only been using Beatport & Trackitdown. Before had I was using them to discover, then buy from Amazon due them being half price.

Thanks for the welcome guys 🙂

    Hi Vintage, how you doing?

I did get the Digital DJ Fast course, really wasn’t feeling it, didn’t really give me anything I didn’t already know. Holding off for the Masterclass though, I’ll be on that as soon as it’s out. (Chances are I’ll get all the courses eventually)

I am loving things right now though 🙂 I’m away to go through all the tunes I have right now and make some mixtapes, trying to use every single tune that I have (Hence, I got the Mixtape course…which is blowing my mind) Thanks for the advice though, I am going to hold off, quite enjoying this little controller!

Also trying to convert all of my Vinyl to .mp3’s, which is damn good fun, but a looooooooong process.

Just out of interest, what is everyone else using Controller/Software wise?

    Hey Terry,

    I defo have GAS!

I know the gear isn’t the problem…it’s me. I’ve been giving up too easily, not learning the software etc. As soon as I started using Serato ITCH with the Numark V7’s I got lazy, expected the software to do everything for me. In the end I failed because I never put the effort in.

I really am starting from scratch this time, beat matching everything manually as opposed to hitting the sync button every time and I’m starting to get much more enjoyment using this £100 controller than I ever did with the other 2 sets of gear I had (Because of me, taking the time to learn this time, rather than the gear being at fault)
