Thanks for your help. I did have a go on Serato and Virtual DJ and found it easy to work with – but money was an issue for me and the traktor controller came bundled with the software.
As well as the software, I think it’s getting used to all the new language when reading manuals or watching videos which is confusing me, could I suggest DDJT have a DJ dictionary? Ha. At the minute I can’t work out if learning is easy or hard? easy to mix but software is difficult to understand? I guess it’s the beginning of a long journey!
