You could have the best of both worlds. Run Traktor with an S4 and control 2 channels with timecode, either CDJs or vinyl turntables.

Go for a cheap but good beginners controller. Getting to learn manual beatmatch, music etc. will take you a year. Then decide what to buy next, as there will be new gear and new software available. It would make more sense than buying top end equipment, that you cannot use to its potential yet.
Apart from that steelo is right. However I fail to see why I would want to use CDJs with an S4. I see no advantage to CDJ 450s compared to what the S4 offers already. If you would have said turntables, then yes turntables and the S4 would be a good idea.

So just go with the s4 for now and if I get further into Djing get turntables? Im new so can someone explain what would be the point of having turntables and a controller of I’m playing music thats on a laptop? Why use vinyl when I can get it on the computer?

The turntables would just be for “feel” of turntables, you would not use real vinyl music on them, but timecode vinyl. Those are specific vinyls with timecode for computers on them, that will show the software where you are and what you are doing. The whole thing is called DVS (digital vinyl system).
If you are already settled in your mind on the S4 and Traktor go for it, but I cannot see that you are already in such a stage.
I would rather go for something way cheaper (like a mixtrack pro) and learn stuff, try different things etc. and then possibly a year from now, you can make yourself an educated decission on what to get next.
Yes this would mean that will buy twice (as the mixtrack pro will be obsolete when you buy something new), but the mixtrack pro used is selling like hotcakes on ebay for quite a nice price, so you will not loose too much value or you could always keep it as a backup controller.
