Tunes: Beatport, SoundCloud, iTunes/Amazon. Look at the Mixage too. Also take a look at the new Numark N4 (review in next 2-3 weeks) which could make a great centrepiece using your old decks.

Ah, good old rummaging in Easteen Bloc.

My sugestion is to stick to your TTs and Mixer and use it with DVS.
There are a few to chose from. Traktor scratch duo/pro. Serato Scratch Live are the most common.
If you go for Traktor you will have to buy a kit with soundcard or you will have to get a Traktor certified mixer like for example Denon X600….

If you are choosing between those controllers, i would tell you to choose the mixtrack or maybe the DJ4set, not the 4mx. Also if you don’t have a budget, you could buy much better controllers.

Oh and Beatport is the place to go for music, maybe soundcloud too.

Thanks for the input guys. The N4 looks tempting as it’s close to my budget, if I can squeeze fifty quid out of a retailer then that could be the one. The S2 is too expensive for my purposes but it does look good, the digital vinyl would make sense but that means having to have them set up the whole time which is not that practical with two young kiddies around.
I’ll get back to you when I’ve made my choice.
