I have to say about 90% is iTunes.
The other 10% is tracks I do not find on iTunes I get from Beatport mostly and some from amazon.

Besides the big ones Traxsource, Beatport etc I always look at http://www.djshop.de (usually a lot cheaper on lossless files).
I can also recommend http://www.7digital.com. Before buying anything, I usually am checking if the tracks are available there. (I prefer lossless files like flac, aiff or wav and one can save a lot of money.)

I personally use a mixture of iTunes, 7digital and ILM (http://www.ilikemusic.com/ilm-media/) – these guys (UK Based) offer completely legal (they get them straight from the record companies) tracks, nearly always as a lossless wav file, often before it’s official release date..

You do have to be set up as self-employed or be part of a DJ company to get access to their library though – they are quite careful about who they let in as their license with the record companies relies on it being commercial (IE not consumer) only.

Best thing though – they are around half the price of iTunes per track and you get a lossless file for that half price.. UK only though..

I use ITunes for all my stuff! Part of that is because it is integrated in all kinds of dj softwares. Beatport is another good option as it makes it easy to sort your tunes. You can always do record pools as well! Just make sure your music was recorded in good quality and don’t download from the internet.

Beatport for mainstream electronic music, 7digital for pop/rock and Traxsource for more underground electronic music.
