Started off with trance of late 90’s, still love the feel of em. Nowdays most fun I get with top 40’ish housecrap that I can mash up, cut and suprise my crowd. Still do harmonic mixing though, too bad nobody seems to get it when I put a lot of effort into everything sounding seamless.

😀 No surrender though! You can’t turn your back on music. I still love old hardcore jungle, all about the love 🙂 if people would just chill the feck out and relax and appreciate the glory without worrying then everything would be great! Hahaha

I started with UK garage when it was big, now play UK Bass, funky, electro, breaks, D&B, house depending on what the crowd / venue is. Will always try and work in a few favourites from each genre once people are dancing though. All about controlling it so people love whatever you play!

What I play most often is a mix of house, tech house, minimal and techno usually with a darker or tribal feel to it. Producers like Carlo Lio, Filthy Rich, Dj Chus, Santos, Alex Dolby ect…

Other times I like to play some drum & bass, tech trance and psy trance too.

I started out playing Dubstep and Electro House, and now I’m starting to mix moombahton, trap, and hip-hop/rap in with my sets. I like the groove that comes from moombahton to start off and then I’ll slow build the BMP up to fast trap and then drop it again. It’s really cool and there are a few transition tracks I use to change BPMs rapidly like, Raise Your Weapon by deadmau5 or Doomsday by Nero. I’ve never cut out a particular genre from my mixes, I just find room for newer songs some how.

Hardstyle and Hardstyle 🙂 It runs in my veins!

But, I strongly dabble in other electronic genres such as Dubstep and Dutch etc, I can mix other genres proficiently as well.
