If you want to go the Serato route then I would think about getting the Terminal Mix 8.

Thanks for the reply. I was looking at a controller not more than $400 cos i’ll still have to pay for shipping and the value of the Naira has dropped so much. Which controller is good for the VDJ route, How about the beatmix4 is it a good deal?

I wouldn’t say that Serato is more “advanced than VDJ but pretty much every controller works with VDJ. It comes down to what you need (outputs, jog wheels, performance pads, etc.)

Frankly, the MC2000 is one of the best controllers in it’s price bracket. While the casing might be slightly less than big brothers MC3000, 4000 and 6000, they share a lot of the same technology under the skin. Jogs are identical to those, bit on the small side, but not much more than other brands at that price. Overall the MC2000 is a good option, IF it fits your workflow, software choice and desired features.

Beatmix 4 is a nice controller too, but do you need 4 channels?

I just like the LED on the Jogs. But since I really. Dont need 4channels. And I need something bigger than the Mc2000 would beatmix2 be better in performance. I know Mc2000 is stronger but in terms of output and performance which is better beatmix2 or Denon Mc 2000
