    Hi,
http://www.torrenting.com has a radio DJ section where you can apply to stream your mixes with no worry of copyright infringement since it is a Torrent site. You have to register then go to the forums section. Scroll down to Radio News and you will see a Sticky for “DJ’s Wanted.” Explore the site and be sure to read the rules. Hope this helps.

It’s not up yet, but djs.com is a “coming soon” that is supposed to be DJ friendly, like Mixcloud, but if I understand it properly is supposed to also be able to legally host (essentially) bootleg remixes and the like.

However, it’s vaporware at the moment, so, we’ll see what happens.

I pretty much moved from Soundcloud to https://hearthis.at
It offers downloads and unlimited uploads. Never had any copyright issues there.

I use Mixcloud for 99% of my uploads. They have licensing that allows them to keep your mixes up. They also have unlimited uploads for free. It doesn’t have near the user-base as Soundcloud, but it’s a solid place to upload your mixes to share with others.

Having recently moved from the Netherlands to the US, I had no idea how BAD Mixcloud was in the US. Freakin’ American recording industry and their stupid rules whose only intent is to try to get the genie back in the bottle. Grrrrrr!
