You COULD make it legal but it kind of takes away from the fact of it being “underground”. I just caught word of a warehouse rave 3 hours from where I live where they made it legal. Rented out an “abandoned” warehouse and is throwing the event there. They hired 5-0 and are selling tickets to it. I guess it’s still that experience though….

As much as the illegal raves are the best, I’m not risking my ass for it. Enough illegal things goes on at the legal ones anyways so it’s not a big deal, it’s just about being more discreet. That’s the club life.

Having a party get shut down is not the best experience in the world and I say that from experience. Legal is the way to go.

Yeah not pushing you to do illegal things here.. lol. I’m already in trouble for some mistakes as a teen but yeah.. I guess to make it that underground feel is what I meant?

Up in woods near me the happen once every couple of months. Either in an abandoned fire station, or just out the back of a truck in a WW2 bomb hole. Went up last time and was unbelievably hostile.

Hostile ravers? Did you roll up in a police car or something?

That’s what I was wondering. I’ve seen hostile crowds at house parties but never underground raves.

Seriously hostile. Seems like a very exclusive event. I suppose it is the easiest way to stop it getting shut down

I bet they would be less hostile if they got to know you and saw you at these parties on a regular basis.
