Virtual DJ Recording Skips During Playback

Hi there,
I would suggest it is because you are using the same hard drive to play the music, and record back to it all at once. I know this because I had the same problem the other day. I have now downloaded audacity (freeware) and am currently recording a mix from the record output on my mixer to the line in on my desktop running audacity. No problems so far.
