– Have a sample loaded in your sample player that is a short loud clapping sound.
– Hit the record on the recorder and video
– play sample really loud
– Do your thing

You can then sync the audio track and video track via that clap as it will be on both tracks, before you cut out the audio from the video, as you obviously want only the good recorded audio track synced.

This procedure will work on any good video software like Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, Premiere Elements,…
