    1. it feels sturdy. I had it only for 2 days to play around, but it feels great. You can replace the crossfader should it give…
    2. I think it is save to buy, IF you can live with its limitations and features… (but you prolly researched those before choosing)
    3. depends on if you want to use Itch, then the VCI-380 is prolly the backpack thing to get.
    4. No idea

Well it is not so much limitations, but it works slightly different than other controllers. The loops for instance work via the performance pads and I did not really get into that as easily as it was to get into the “usual” loop controls.
Also it is 2 Decks only and always will be.
While the jog wheels are nice, the jogs on my reloop or the NS6 felt slightly better.
I did not like the crossfader that much, but then it is replaceable.

Do not get me wrong, this is criticism on a very high standard. All the critical points the controller is still better than most controllers out there. It is an excellent unit and works really really well as far as I could tell.
Check out Phil’s review, I think he likes the controller also a lot. If Itch is your game, I do not think you can go any better for a 2 Deck controller and the performance pads even put it above the NS6 in my book.

The cue button is fine, don’t worry about that.
