It really depends on what you want out of them. I like my V-Moda M100 just because it DOESN’T have a powerfull bass. I hate that, it gives me a headache. Mine has a peak at 10k Hz which makes it ideal to beatmatch in a noisy environment.
I’m not sure the LP’s are bass heavy either. They are built like tanks though and I think the LP’s are even tougher than the M100’s because they don’t have the hinged earcups.
The TMA’s are cool because you can customize them before you even buy them in all kinds of ways. In terms of sound, it really depends on what components you pick. The TMA1’s didn’t really do it for me in terms of sound quality, but the TMA2 could be different. I simply don’t know.
