in addition, can I even upgrade that way? I have pro and would like to go to scratch but I don’t see that option available.

Does the club have a serato box installed? If so, all you have to do is buy some timecode vinyl. ($40) and download the software (Free!). While it might not be your preferred software, it’s a damn cheap way of getting into DVS.

unfortunately, there are no TP->TSP upgrade paths, as the TSP box includes the audio interface required.

So you would be looking at getting TSP (maybe even sell your old TP) OR go with jezalenko’s suggestion.

You could also buy TSP, then sell off your old TP lisence – that’s one way to go.

But the fact is you’ll need a soundcard of some type – either a NI one or a Serato one. If your booth has a Serato one, I’d go SSL as it’s the cheaper option. But if you want to stick to Traktor, I’d but TSP then sell your old TP license – at least then you recoup some of your costs.

Let us know what you think!
