If your record deck has a line-level output as well as phono output (if it does there will be a switch to choose between the two) then you’ll be able to plug it into the Aux In on your DJ controller. However, there is just a volume control on the front of the controller controlling the volume straight to G2V output, so no – you won’t be able to fully mix with it (ie use EQs, crossfader).

Maybe you could buy a pre amp for the turntable (gramophones sounds a bit old fashioned 🙂 ) but it just isn’t worth the trouble because :

    1) It won’t mean you can mix with several turntables, as you can only add one, there’s only 1 AUX input
    2) You can not use it as DVS (digital vinyl system)
    3) You can however mix one digital and one signal coming from your turntable, but I would think it would be better to digitise your vinyl records and to use hem with the dj software you’re using.
