I was told a new 1200 right now is around $1200-$1500, simply because of scarcity.

I simply tell anyone to haggle…but I wouldn’t think you’ll get a decent pair of 1200s now for $600 or something insanely low. Lord knows how many told me I’d never get $1400 for my CDJ-1000s…but go on eBay and you’ll find someone overseas happily willing to pay. I told my friend to try eBay.

I can buy a brand-new one here for 600 euro. A set with a Behringer 700 mixer (which is useless, but you still get it for that money) has an asking price of 800 euro (current highest offer just over 600). There is one for 379 and even one for 250 asking (but it is missing the arm weight and cartridge shell/cartridge.

I’ve seen pairs go for around $800 on eBay. I’d pay for more if they were modded/restyled.
