I don’t think the MIDI abilities in Serato allow you to do this, but you can check out TouchOSC. It’s a great controller app that can transmit MIDI messages over WiFi networks. You can make your custom controller for your tablet and stuff [like I’ve done] and use it with about anything that supports MIDI.
