    I find it a little difficult to read what you mean but.

    You should connect
    1 from your controller to the crossover
    2 from crossover to top
    3 from crossover to sub.

    No Amps in there?;) I actually ran whit of output 1 on the controller to channel 1 input of the crossover and red on output 1 of the controller to to channel 2 input on crossover. Then ran the highs and lows on each channel of the crossover to their respective amp inputs. Then output from amps to respective speakers. Worked perfectly! Thanks
