    Are you using it on PC? if so, dowload ASIO 4 all and install it.

    No I’m on a mac.

    You may still need ASIO for Mac as well.

    Setting up DJ controllers involves a step-by-step approach that isn’t always obvious. It is really important to follow the instructions to the letter. Is there a quickstart guide on your CD you can work through? You’ll need to set up Traktor to work with the Mixage IE’s sound card before you can get your headphones to work properly.

    Hi Phil, Thanks for your help. I found that actually reading the manual was very helpful 🙂 All fixed now, thanks again

    I only have experience of Windows. A lot of headaches can come from not configuring the ASIO drivers properly (I know from experience!), this is why I originally suggested it, however I don’t know much about Macs, so realised I can’t really help there. Your probably right though, however Phils suggestion is the best – read through the manual step by step.
