    We need more info:

    – Laptop model

    – OS and OS Version

    – Traktor version

    – controller and controller firmware version

    – connections other than controller

    – installed drivers and versions

    – other software running

    – bluetooth enabled during play (yes/no)

    – WiFi enabled?
