The answer was on the website of Native Instruments it’s not possible. Only tracks that are in iTunes on the iDevice can be used by Traktor.

That is only because of the Traktor DJ version that is on the IPad right? If you instead were using a laptop, tracktor would be able to use any tracks you got from any site correct?

Yes the PC/Mac version of Traktor can handle most file formats and external drives.
