Could be something as simple as a firmware issue. Unfortunately, with the company out of business there isn’t much to do.

Perhaps some of our other readers have this same combo and can help you out.

AFAIK, Traktor DJ for iOS only works with Native Inatruments hardware,specifically the S2 mk2, S4 mk2 and Z1 controllers.

Thanks for the replies. I saw here that VCI 100 is compatible but not sure they mean Vci 100mk or not.
Any thoughts or and other Dj software recommendations?
