A couple of options I would look into.

How about a Allen & Heath Xone K2. You could map 2 faders to pitch and 2 faders to volume. It has mains out and headphone out, so you are golden

There’s the ZOMO MC-1000 and the Denon SC2000 although both of with you will need an external mixer and the SC2000 doesn’t have a sound card.

Also if you are not in a rush, the new Behringer CMD series looks promising but you will need a sound card with those as well.

If Jogs are a must, then you are down to the Denon SC2000 & the Behringer CMD….You can also look at the Xone 2D

For a small mixer, you can look into the IRig Mixer

what are you total size restrictions? Why are you not able to pack a full controller. There are really specifics you need to answer.

If you are plugging into an existing club system (mixer and CDJs), an X1, midi fighter and an audio 6 with timecode is the most portable solution. You will already be bringing a laptop with you, and there are lots of controllers that will fit into a laptop bag.

What are your limitations? Weight, Size, Volume, Walking distance etc?

I have a Traktor S4, Midi Fighter Pro, Launch Pad, Laptop and it all fits into 1 carry on luggage bag, all cords and everything packed rather perfect.

Link Below is the bag i use

“Also jogs are a must for me.”

    Traktor X1-Off the List
    Midifighter Classic-Off the List

    If you are literally backpacking:

    Numark IDJ live + iphone/ipad.

I don’t think you will get smaller than that “with” jogwheels.

I am more of a “traditional” DJ but I always ride my bicycle to gigs when I can. Hasn’t failed me yet! http://www.aztlanroots.com/2011/11/how-to-be-a-bicycle-based-dj.html
