Hey thanks for the replies DJ’s, there was no point to my rant, I was just ranting due to a conversation I had with someone who thought he could DJ and had no experience.
He proceeded to explain to me the fundamentals of spinning, and what people really want…
I was listening intently on the outside, but on the inside I was like…yeah, right, what the hell do you know about DJing.
It was like something out of a comedic movie script, It was like a construction worker trying to explain brain surgery to me.
It was brutal…
But I handled it gracefully; another quality successful DJ’s all have in common.
