Funny what you find with simple Internet searches such as :

http://www.apple.com/itunes/podcasts/specs.html

Has info how to submit. Don’t expect it to show up the same day, could take many days.

Thanks a lot! yea, I did find that, believe it or not. It was of no help to me, being that I’m not talented with stuff like this. But thanks for the useful input.
