Is your latency set too low for your laptop to handle? Try raising it and see what happens.

Umm… I tried it and it’s still the same.. 🙁

    What do you think?
    I’ve got and ‘old’ 14″ IBM T60 laptop (2008), 4GB Ram (3GB usable), 1,67Ghz Processor, 32-bit, running Windows 7 professional.

While the old T60’s where very reliable laptops and build like tanks unlike many laptops today, they never were top of the line in performance. So my best guess would be, that Win7 is too much to handle for a laptop at this age, since Win7 really needs processing power itself. Also the 1,67 Processor in the T60 is the lowend processor for that model, that does not help either… So my guess is that your laptop is simply underpowered.
When you look at NIs spec for Traktor 2 you are riding below their recommended Specs… maybe if you would run XP it could work?

    Hey guys!
Thanks for advices, and I solved the problem with a weird solution 😛 I figured out that when I play in full screen mode there is cracking, but when I don’t play in full screen mode the cracking is gone O.O. Kinda weird.

But who cares, I’m getting a macbook pro 15 in september 😀

good find! I would not have expected that the full screen mode is the problem, but I jot that down in my “known issues” list for future reference.
Also keep us updated how the Macbook is working out for you when you get it.
