    Have you tried to use S4 Controller on another computer/laptop?

    No, I haven’t. I did think about using my stepson’s laptop (his is a better spec than mine) and installing an LE version on it and seeing what happens.

    Try it if same problem then send the controller back stating what you have done in regards to connecting it to too computers. Fingers crossed.

    Yes NI has usually good customer support. So if your unit still has warranty phone them up.
