ParticipantSince when is the mixtrack ”huge”?I have a non pro version for my use with other software and it’s in my opinion about the perfect size for a controller, any smaller and you’d begin to feel cramped.

ParticipantYeah I can’t think of many smaller serato controllers. Out of all the big three software packages, Serato has the least amount of controllers on the market.
The Pioneer WeGo is now available for Serato I beleive. Probably the smallest one now.
Vestax Typhoon may be tiny bit smaller as well.
The Novation Twitch MAY be a bit smaller than the mixtrack, not sure.Other than that, you may want to try Virtual DJ. Plenty of controllers for Virtual DJ are small, including the Numark/Ion DJ2Go.

ParticipantThe Mixtrack pro is 19 inches long, I have tried to find bags for it but nothing seems to fit, I am looking for something the size of or smaller than a 17 inch laptop. @The Black Rag, i like the feeling of it being spaced, but I will sacrifice that to be more mobile. Also, if you have suggestions on what I could carry the Mixtrack pro in that would be great

KeymasterI too think the mixtrack pro is small and it is great. I would not consider going any smaller.

Participanti was looking and that or bigger seems pretty standard, what do you carry it in? I was considering the twitch though, do any of you have one?

KeymasterMixtrack Pro fits nicely (with the laptop) in a Timbuk2 messenger bag, which I use now even for my Terminal Mix, which is huge relative to the Mixtrack.
I fit the Terminal Mix 4, an LPD-8 and my laptop with all the cables in that bag (I think it is size L of their offerings).February 15, 2013 at 10:43 am #36788CalVic
ParticipantIf you thought the Mixtrack was huge, you should take a look at the DDJ-SX! 😀
The Mixtrack is a nice size, I think the Vestax VCI-380
and the Novation Twitch are slightly smaller due to the more squarer shape. But it all depends on your budget.

ParticipantMaybe the Denon MC2000 is a bit smaller and works with Serato

MemberI dont know whether this is to small? But a Numark DJ2GO maybe OK as I believe they work with serato! http://www.numark.com/product/dj2go

ModeratorYoo DJ Cube, DJ2GO compared to the other controllers that were suggested here? Totally different ball park. The DJ2GO reminds me of the control panel of the “old” dual CD players. The jogwheels weren’t worth much. Especially the thingie where you can place your finger I think is yikes. The good news is, regardless of how little your budget is, it will always fit (53 euro here in Holland).
The bad news is, no mention of them on the Serato supported controller page. So guessing that is a no go.
Quote from the Numark product page to which you place a link in your last message:
- Includes integrated VirtualDJ LE Lite Software
- Also works with VirtualDJ Pro, Traktor, djay and PCDJ (each sold separately)

MemberSorry, It was just a suggestion. I do have a higher budget than that I just thought it might be relevant but obviously not. I do see where your coming from it is a bit rubbish.
Thanks for replying,
