    Phil,

    Still having same problem at work (PC Internet explorer)
    and at home (MBP Firefox)

    The red alert bubles avoce inbox/Alerts do not go away just constantly read 0 (getting me excited for no reason when I visit the site =) )

    Is anyone else having this issue?

    Clear your cache. The red alert boxes are a “feature” now I think.
